Eli Shakspare* Picasso "E.S.P." entertains parade-goers at the Piedmont, Missouri Ozark Heritage Day parade. E.S.P. is being animated by Dawn Allen, his trusty sidekick from Our Studio Custom Framing Gallery in Patterson, Missouri. *This is an alternative spelling for Shakespeare, metaphysically correct. Dawn Allen constructed a full-body puppet of her cartoon character & mascot to participate in this event. Pictured left is the first prototype of Eli, the muleicorn body puppet. Above we have a more animated version with ears and neck in motion. |

| Eli hand puppet demonstrates his painting talent PAINT WITH ELI read the ad in the local newspaper. A hand-puppet version of Our Studio's muleicorn mascot appeared at the local community center. Participants could choose any brush and color paint and contribute to a "community" painting. Young and old added to the masterpiece. (See last picture) Christmas 2008 |

Many artists contributed to this community painting:
It was the first time many had the opportunity to paint on a stretched canvas with real fine art brushes. |
